| Cost - Tuffy Fenderwell Speaker Boxes |
| |
A new place for storage as well as a place to provide music when rolling down
the road is an upgrade that will pay itself back ten fold when you are trying to drown out the muffler and tire
noise as well as trying to keep all your tools to get you out of the mud in one place.
This upgrade contains no hidden costs, but just some regular costs. These costs are due to the fact that to
do this right, it will require you to get some additional tools and parts that aren't included with the kit.
The actual cost will reflect the fact that you need some specialty wiring tools for the speaker installation.
The tools that you will need to complete the project are crimpers, strippers, soldering iron, wiring connectors,
a drill, and finally some rubberized sheets that will help to deaden the sound of the tools rattling around
inside the boxes. |

The total time should be around 5 hours all said and done. That being said,
I spent a lot of time trying to lay out the wires so they would be hidden in the Jeep.
As you can see, with no cost offset and not having any of the tools, it will cost you around $450.00 to complete
this project. If you have the tools, it should run you under $300.00
